I’ve been reading through Elders & Leaders by Getz. Man is it good. And by Good I mean he backs much of what I already think 
. There’ll definitely be some posts on that one.
I’ve been looking at the scriptures a lot regarding the qualifications for an elder in the NT. Right now focusing on 1 Tim 3. More to come…
I’m realizing how much I’ve slacked on my NT Greek. It’s a very ugly thing right now. Saddest part is I don’t know if or when I can brush up.
Setting up my books in the “war room.” I hate doing it but I’ve been reminded of several I need to read in the next few months. Malphurs’ Trilogy on leadership is somewhere at the top of the list.
Looking at a lot of communicators right now. It is awesome to see how varied and diverse people’s styles are. In some strange way it gives me hope for my own development.
