One Thing That Ticks Me Off…This Week
By jason | June 20, 2008
People who insinuate that because I don’t work at a job that requires heavy lifting or work at a job that requires me to sit in a cube or work at a job that requires me to sell something that somehow what I do doesn’t count as real work.
To steal a line from Chris Beggs: don’t take it out on me because you hate your job.
Bring it.

I know exactly what your speaking of. I throw newspapers for the KC Star, and make a decent living doing so. However, when I tell people what it is that I do they look at me with sad eyes and say,”Well, you know so and so is hiring.” Thank you for your sympathy, but I happen to enjoy my job. I work less than 4 hours a night, and get to spend as much time with my wife and children as I want. I too shall steal the same line from Chris Beggs: don’t take it out on me because you ahte your job.
