Obama Has Lost the Election
By jason | August 26, 2008
That’s right folks, you heard it here first (don’t forget it). Sensationalistic headline? No, its reality. After last night’s debacle who could consider voting for him?
Missori is a battleground state, always has been. Missouri is always pivitol and last night Obama alienated 2 million+ Missourians.
Paraphrase: “I’m sitting here watching the DNC from St. Louis?”
WHAT?!?
He was is in Kansas City. (Liar, liar pants on fire.)
He pulled the inevitable political reversal later corecting himself but the damage has been done. That settles it.
Was Obama partaking in some of those “youthful mistakes” last night? Why else could he not remember where he was?
Is Obama one of the millions of Americans who ignorantly think Kansas City is in Kansas? There’s a whole web site devoted to educating America. But a presidential candidate should know this already, this is unacceptable.
I expect Claire McCaskill to withdraw her support today. I think she anticipated it coming which is why her speech last night was so BORING. As a wounded Missourian she was only trying to sabatoge his campaign! For that Claire we Kansas Citians applaud you (*applause*). [Editorial note: this paragraph has been edited so as not to offend our Universal readership by vague tongue-in-cheek humor (I'm such a ppl pleaser).]
Angered by it all demonstrators lined the streets this morning. Everywhere I turned someone was urinating on a Cardinals Jersey (take that Obama).
Sure, McCain got confused about how many homes he owns. But don’t forget, he’s OLD. We expect that from him. And he only misplaced a few houses. Obama has lost an entire city! What’s worse? You be the judges and juries.
So you heard it here first. Obama has lost the election. So when November roles around and the commentators are scratching their heads trying to figure out what went wrong you point them to this post.

Oh please!
“She was only trying to sabatoge the campaign of this liar!”
I didn’t really expect this sort of stuff from you, Jason.
(But hey, you got a comment out of me…was that what you were after?!)

Just being “cheeky” Sam…Is that how you’d say it across the pond?

Nice!
Cheeky…or ‘tongue in cheek’!

It’s my normal morning routine to wake up and urinate on a Cardinals jersey.

Hey Jason,
I liked Obama’s “St. Louis” slip-up. It was one of the few things that got my attention during last night’s DNC infomercial!
You folks in KC must still be plagued with guilt from Don Denkinger’s call back in 1985, which I think is showing up once again in this post as the root cause of your lingering insecurity as Missouri’s 2nd City.
Go Cardinals! Let KC Royals fans urinate all they want. It will take a long time to make it down river.

Scott.
Nice closing line, but I have to correct you. Kansas City is the largest city in Missouri.

Which statistic are you calling on, Chris?
By strict population, Kansas City proper is larger, but St. Louis has a larger metropolitan area and a larger population density. So it’s really kind of a toss up.

Oiy…tired of beating this drum, but Game 7. There was always Game 7 to win, Scott.
