National New Church Conference 2

I ditched my planned pre-conference workshop I was in yesterday and headed over to the one led by Mark Batterson and Brad Abare on church marketing (promo, whatever word you like). I wasn’t really jiving with the other one and didn’t find it amazingly helpful. So I’m hoping this one will scratch where I’m itching.
Batterson is the pastor of National Community Church in DC. Brad Abare is with Church Marketing Sucks, among many other things.
There’s been some great stuff so far this morning. I think there are some notes handouts or something so I might be able to post some things later on. Abare just showed a great video from Dunkin Donuts. If I can find it online I’ll post it.

Mark also has a great conference in DC during the summer called the Buzz Conference. I’m headed there in June. Jason come around to the House Blend Cafe stands tomorrow, I’m helping them serve you guys all day tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing and serving many of the people who’s blogs I read.
