Doubt Day @ Blue River
By jason | April 23, 2008
Carson has been killing it at Blue River Community College (though he probably doesn’t think so). He came in cold turkey, started a Community Group that has around 15 who are in and out, has met a ton of students, started a student organization called LifeConnection on Campus, and today was Doubt Day.
The basic idea was allowing for a forum where students could ask any question, express any doubt, or state any objection they might have related to God, Jesus, and faith. He spent the last several weeks interviewing students, passing out invites, etc. But the real key was the free pizza.
We had a great turnout with about 15-20 traveling through at some point. We had some really good questions and got to meet several students who are really searching things out. I’m excited to see what happens.
