    Royals Tonight

    Tuesday, April 22nd, 2008

Carrie and I head to our first game of the season tonight with some friends.  We’re playing Cleveland so should be a good game.  We need to get our of this little slump (lost the last 4 games).  Meche is squaring off against Sabathia, so that should be a lot of fun.
    While I think of [...]

    Sweet 16 Predictions

    Wednesday, March 26th, 2008

#1 UNC vs #4 Wash St. UNC has looked really good the last few weeks of the season and I don’t foresee them letting up until after the tourney. UNC should beat Washington State by a comfortable margin.
#3 Louisville vs #2 Tennessee. I haven’t been all that impressed with Tennessee all season. [...]

A Sad Day for Football Fans Everywhere

    Tuesday, March 4th, 2008

You don’t have to be a Green Bay Packers fan to lament the announcement of Brett Favre’s retirement. Not only has he been an amazingly gifted QB over the last 17 years but he is just so fun to watch. Here are two quick things I think we will miss in the post-Favre [...]

    Super Bowl XLII

    Monday, February 4th, 2008

Last night we had a lot of fun.
    Lots O food.  (I mean a lot.)
    Friends, old and new.
    Guitar Hero.
Oh yeah, and there was a great game.

    NYG Defeat the Packers

    Sunday, January 20th, 2008

Lawrence Tynes certainly redeemed himself (though I wonder if he’ll be back next season).  But I wonder if this is how Tynes feels:

Okay, that might be a bit of an overstatement but I’ve been invited to take part in posting some semi-coherent and orderly ramblings at Ecumenibal.  Should be some fun stuff.

Move Over John Wooden, There’s A New Coach In Town

    Monday, December 3rd, 2007

Caleb started basketball the week before Thanksgiving. We’ve had two practices and our first game was this past Saturday.
Last Thursday I helped with practice as a volunteer. After practice the coach said he was out of town for the weekend and asked if I would coach on Saturday! (that’s what you get for [...]
